Jayme RaeKim, an original member of Blueprint, juggled physiotherapy studies and dancing for until she decided to become a professional dancer 5 years ago. She teaches at the 8 Count Dance Complex and over the years, Kim has appeared in many music videos and on stage with artists such as Craig Ferguson, Rachid Badouri, Caroline Néron, Karl Wolf, Carl Henry, Eve, Zaho and Jeden just to name a few. She is proud to include work with Véronic Dicaire and opened for Céline Dion, So You Think You Can Dance Canada and Shawn Desman’s music video ¨Shiver¨. Kim continues to work hard to reach her goals and strongly believes in the TTDC motto : If it’s meant to be, it is up to me..

cody bonnell

NicoCody started dancing at the age of 11 because his mom convinced him it would help his hockey. Cody a finalist on CTV's hit show 'So You Think You Can Dance Canada Season 2' and also had the opportunity to tour with the rest of the Top 10 finalists across Canada. He trained in all styles, but mainly focused on hip hop, and has taught workshops all across Canada. He loves sharing his passion for dance with anyone willing to learn. Most recently, Cody has been working on a new Family Channel show set to air in the fall called 'Baxter' and also performed with 'Girlicious' at the annual CHUM FM Fan Fest 2010. 

 

miles faber

NicoMiles Faber started his dancing at the age of 16 by hanging around the bboy community in Calgary. He continued to practice and learn from the more experienced bboys for many years. When the Electric Boogaloos (creators of popping) came to Calgary to teach a workshop, he was hooked. Since Miles's 3rd place finish on CTV's "So You Think You Can Dance Canada". He has been working with artists around the country including: MC Hammer, 2live crew, Amanda Morra, Circle square, Kreesha Turner, Kim Davis and more! Miles has performed in  movies like "Turn the Beat Around", "Harriet the Spy", "Hockey the  Musical"! Aside from being a part of many shows across Canada and abroad, Miles now continues to work hard at his own craft as well as sharing his knowledge as a teacher around the world.

emilyEmily has trained in various styles such as jazz, ballet, acrobatics, tap, contemporary, and hip-hop, she began choreographing competitive routines at a young age and currently the head choreographer for the Wilfrid Laurier Varsity Dance Team and has experienced immense success winning numerous choreography and overall awards. Emily’s unique style is a dynamic fusion of the various styles she has trained in with a main focus on jazz and contemporary movement. She is looking expose young dancers to her personal style while inspiring them to experiment with creating their own individual styles.

 

eden hinton

EdenEden graduated from Ryerson University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. During her time as a professional dancer she has had the opportunity to work with many renowned Canadian choreographers such as Robert Desrosiers and Bengt Jorgen.  Her dance career has taken her all over the world, most memorably with ‘Sun Cruises’ as a dancer/dance captain, and with Ascendance Dance Co., (a Northern England based Modern Dance Company).  Eden is also an award winning choreographer,and has adjudicated dance competitions all over Ontario and she is excited to be a part of the weekend!

 

 

lindsay Ritter

LindsayLindsay Ritter is a talented teacher, choreographer and director with more than 15 years experience working with dancers of all ages. She attended The Randolph Performance Academy in Toronto where Lindsay trained in dance, drama and vocal. Some of Lindsay’s favourite performance credits include, Fame-The Musical, Legends Tribute Show, Royal Caribbean and Sunquest Cruise Lines, Paramount Canada’s Wonderland, Much Music, City TV and The Comedy Network. Lindsay currently runs and teaches an independent dance company:  LR Productions, which provides professional dancers and packaged dance productions for corporate events, shows and entertainment. Lindsay’s rapport with her students is reflected in her confidence and the professional relationships she has built over the years.
