Methods of Payment
Sorry, no personal cheques on final payment, but we do accept them for advance deposits. We accept traveller's cheques, money orders, certified personal cheques, cash and Interac (direct deposit). Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners/En Route.

What taxes and service charges are added to my account?
All accounts subject to 10% service charge, 5% Ontario Sales Tax and 5% Federal Goods and Service Tax.

What is the exchange on U.S. funds?
We pay prevailing exchange rate.

What are the office hours at Fern?
Open 24 hours daily.

Are pets permitted?
No. Regretfully but firmly.

Are there laundry facilities for guests?
Yes - from 7 am to 10 pm we have coin washers and dryers for your convenience.

Gift Shop?
Yes! Located in the Main Inn. From clothing, books and snacks to games and souvenirs - we have everything you may need on your vacation.

Is there a resort dress code in effect?
Casual resort wear is in order. Appropriate attire is requested for all sports activities. No bare feet or bathing suits in the Dining Rooms and cover-ups are requested. Jackets are not necessary.

Is there a Church in the area?
Yes. There are approximately 20 churches of all denominations in Orillia.
